Brief Introduction
SXP1000 automatic quantitative packaging machine is designed for
centralized ton-bag packaging of powdery and granular materials
with relative good flowability, it adopts rotary valve feeding,
gross weight metering, can realize such functions as manual
bagging, hanging tape suspension, automatic bag clamping, automatic
material feeding, automatic weighing, automatic bag release, heavy
bag conveying, etc.

The ton bag packaging machine is composed pneumatic bag-clamping system, inflatable and gas
recovery unit, material feeding measuring control unit, hydraulic
unit and electric control.
As one of the large weighing and packaging machine with multiple
functions of the integrated electric weighing, automatic
bag-releasing, and dust collecting, it is used for packaging
ton-bag material.

anti-interference capacity.
Meters equipped with communication ports, available for computer

Usually to ship by sea from port Shanghai or any other Chinese
port.
Export standard plywood package are supplied with well packed. we
can make the packages according to customer's request. Sea packages
or Air packages are both available.
After-sale Service

following clauses on condition of establishing business

1) The machine shall be guaranteed by the seller against poor
materials, poor performance and poor workmanship for a period of
one year from the date of commissioning. During this guarantee
period, the seller will provide the buyer with free maintenance and
free spare parts that caused by the machine’s quality upon receipt
of advice
2) The seller will respond within 2 hours if the machine goes wrong
in production
3) If required, the seller will dispatch technician to buyer’s
country for installation guide, commissioning & adjusting the
machine and training the workers on condition that the buyer
affords all the cost from China to the buyer’s company including
food, accommodation, transportation, etc. and extra USD100 per day
per person for the service
4) The seller will supply repair service for three years on
condition that the buyer takes on all costs of the broken parts
5) The seller will supply the buyer the guide service on the
operation of the machine
