Brief Introduction
The belt pellet packing machine is applied to quantitative
automatic weighing, filling, kneading, accumulating weigh and
times, stitching and conveying with manual assistant for special
material such as pellet shape.
Generally, the quantitative filling machine includes packing
scales, sack closer, and belt conveyor these three parts.
Scope of Application
High-speed measuring and sub-packaging for fertilizer,
agrochemical, feed stuff, chemical material, sugar industries that
contains certain moisture or loose, sticky, loose stripe-type,
fiber, as material sizes below 10cm in the shape of flake, ball,
out-of-shape type with varied states.(e.g. fertilizer, compound
fertilizer, bagasse, sawdust, ores, manure, flaky brimstone)
Working Principle
Material is fed into surge bin through customer’s hopper. The
homogenizing system in surge bin agitates the material to vent the
gas contained in material out of the bin to prevent bridge forming
during packing process. Material is then filled into bags through
screw which is controlled by frequency convertor. When reaching the
target value, feeding section stops and the filled bag is ready to
be manually or automatically discharged. The machine is ready for a
new filling circle.
