Working Principle
This series of quantitative packaging weighing unit is specially
designed for the quantitative packaging of all kinds of granular
materials and small particles with good fluidity & small dust,
feeding by pneumatic arc door or vibration. Pneumatic curved door
or vibrating feeder is controlled by the sensor feedback signal,
and the material is graded into the weighing bucket or the
packaging bag. When the material in the weighing bucket or
packaging bag is filled to the set weight, the feeding mechanism
stops feeding. When the set value is reached, the bag clamper
automatically opens, and the bag is sent away by the conveyor belt
(bag sealed).

Design Highlights
1. This unit is specially designed for ultrafine powdery materials,
with unique structure, accurate weighing, and stable reliability;
2. The weighing control system is controlled centrally by Canada
controller and is designed according to IP54 (dustproof and
waterproof) requirement;
3. This unit consists of fully automatic weighing machine
(including bag clamp mechanism), conveyor, bag sewing machine and
automatic control cabinet;
4. The mechanical section is fed by horizontal double auger with
independent metering and dedusting mechanism, fast metering speed
and high accuracy;
Packaging and Delivery
The packing machine before sent to you will installation and
testing welled then whole set packed in the big wooden box then in
container.
Inner package with stretch film, out package with export wooden
box(with metal frame more safe and non-fumigation wooden), avoid
the packing machine broken.
When you received the packing machine, you no need installation
again, connect your electric wire and air source to the packing
machine then can working.
