Brief Introduction
Saimo FH series floating belt electronic belt weigher adopts
original free floating balance structure and is installed on the
belt conveyor frame; two load cells are installed at the two ends
of the load beam, and the load bearing structure of the two load
sensors is cylindrical , Respectively, connected to the supporting
rod support beam through a universal joint, and the two supporting
rod support beams are connected through two connecting beams to
form an overall weighing bridge. Two sets of weighing roller
brackets are symmetrically mounted on the weighing bridge relative
to the bearing beam. The weighing rollers on the bracket transfer
the weight of the material on the belt to the load cell. Because
the weighing bridge is connected to the load cell only through two
universal joints, the overall weighing bridge can float freely
around the two universal joints, and various interferences or
internal structural stresses do not exist. The weighing roller
transfers all the material weight on the belt to the weighing
sensor accurately and completes the high-precision measurement.

Working Principle
The weighing bridge is mounted on the conveying frame, and when the
material passes, the measuring idler detects the weight of the
material on the belt conveyor, and acts as a weighing sensor
through a lever to produce a voltage signal which is directly
proportional to the load of the belt. The speed sensor is connected
directly to the large diameter speed measuring cylinder to provide
a series of pulses, each pulse representing a belt moving unit, and
the frequency of the pulse is proportional to the belt speed. The
weighing instrument receives signals from weighing sensors and
speed sensors, and obtains an instantaneous flow value and
accumulated weight values through integral operation, and displays
them respectively.
