Features
1, Feeding part: Adopt two kinds (big one and small one) valves to
control the three kinds feeding: fast, slow and exactness.
2, weighing shelf: The weighing shelf connected with sensor, and
convey the Weight signal to the electric box which controlling the
operation of the machinery.
3, The electro motion car operated by the motor and run in the
track to convey the products. The cars' position controlled by
worker and the final position is determined by the limit switch.
4, Electric box: Exterior signal and the sensor signal are conveyed
to the electric box, which could control the feeding ON and OFF,
cylinder lifting and the car running through inished program.
System composition and working mode
1. The system consists of feeding device, weighing platform,
bracket, bag hanging and release/bag clamping device, control
system, chain scrapper conveyor, etc., see the attached drawing for
the detailed structure.
1) Feeding device
It adopts large-flow rotary valve structure and filling by dead
weight of the material to realize fast and slow speed blade
rotation feeding, which significantly increases the feeding speed,
shortens feeding time, the slow feeding is easy to control and can
be adjusted independently so as to ensure the system increases
packaging speed while the accuracy is guaranteed.
2) Weighing platform
The weighing platform adopts the shock-proof weighing module with
high accuracy and good stability, has the functions of overload,
position limiting, etc. and has good mechanical reset performance.
3) Bag hanging and release/bag clamping device
It has the functions of manual hanging tape suspension during bag
feeding, pneumatic bag mouth clamping, automatic bag mouth release
when the heavy bag drops, automatic disengagement of hanging tape
from the hook.
4) Control system
The control system is mainly composed of weighing controller, PLC,
drive unit, cabinet body, etc.
It adopts Siemens PLC, imported photoelectric switches and position
detection components to constitute the main body of the control
system in order to realize coordinated control of the whole
packaging machine, it has remote communication interface, which is
connected with DCS through configuration in order to realize remote
monitoring of the system. The operation of the whole operating
system is simple, and its functions are complete, therefore, its
overhaul and maintenance are convenient.
