Automatic Grain Packing Machine Main Parts

The bagging machine can stable working 10 years.
Our packing machine accessories all use the famous brand, such as
pneumatic element use the AirTAC,
HMI (color touch screen panel) use the Germain / Unipulse
(customized), the electric element we use the Schneider
Installation
The installation can be provided by the EAGLE company.
During the installation session, a one day training course will be
provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.
The purchase at US$100/person/day plus all local transportation,
air tickets (round trip), and hotel room & board is provided.
Day charges include travel days.
It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready
equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation
with EAGLE company. Our engineers will come to the site for the
complete and final installation.
Automatic Grain Packing Machine Features
The Main Machine Frame shall be customized made into SS304
Stainless Steel or Painted Carbon Steel and the customer can choose
the painted color.
The machine unit shall adopt instrument panel operating system and
Mettler Toledo Load Cell for weighing accuracy controlling at high
packing speed.
The imported intellective weighing instrument can display the gross
weight and net weight at the same time.
Automatic test and correct the weighing errors
Sewing machine have auto-sewing, auto-wire breaking auto-alarming
function

Clean the machine and film wrap it
Fix the bottom of the equipment
Check the accessories all packed well
Installation
