Features:
It ensures weighing velocity and precision.
Sole weight feeding system: Inverter velocity control, double-speed
feeding.
Bag clamping system composes of weighing frame, sensor, bracket.
Pneumatic control system for material feeding, filling and bag
clamping.
With belt transmission for high stability.
Procedure
The material will enter the gravity feeder through the feeding part
(connecting hopper), and then enter the weighing hopper. The
weighing hopper is equipped with 3 weighing sensors for manually
transporting the weighed bags to the bag holder of the packaging
machine. The device and touch the sensor, the bag will be
automatically clamped, the completed weighing material will be
discharged into the bag, release the bag, transfer it to the sewing
machine, and close the bag by sewing
